The Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Calgary informs the public that it will conduct an Overseas Voting Field Registration on 29-30 September (Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm) at Chateau NOVA Hotel (Blatchford Room), 159 Airport Road, Edmonton, AB T5G 0W6.

Registrants must bring the original and photocopies of the following documents: 

 

1.   Immigrant	Passport and Permanent Residency Card
2.   Dual Citizen	Passport and Certificate of Dual Citizenship
3.   OFW/TFW	Passport and valid Working Visa
4.   Student	Passport and valid Student Visa
5.   Seaman	Seaman’s book and Passport
6.   Others	Passport and valid Visa (willing to cast vote in Calgary during the period 13 April to May13, 2019)

Notes:

·        Female registrant who is currently registered with COMELEC as single and who would like to change her civil status to married must also submit a copy of her Marriage Contract issued by PSA/NSO or Report of Marriage issued by PCG Calgary. 

·        Holder of expired Permanent Resident Visa must submit a copy of the Confirmation from Immigration, if the new Permanent Residency Card is not yet available.
